Kitchenaid stove review

May we purchased a new Stainless Steel Stove and oven from Sears.
It ran fine for about three months till we tried to cook in the oven, and the main computer board went out, Dark no display at all, oven locked and can't open the door.
I called sears and was referred to A&E service for repair.
2 weeks later the part arrived and the stove was repaired.
This similar situation has happened four times, and the last time it happened it caused a small fire, scared the heck out of my wife and kids!
I did some investigating on the web, and found that this is a very wide spread problem that Sears and A& E Repair refuse to admit to, and help those who have spend allot of money on kitchen remodels and appliances bought through them.
I am now reduced to cooking on an $18.00
Counter top toaster oven, instead of my $1800.00 oven.

I have sent a complaint to the Federal trade commission for this, very mad about the whole thing and the lack of service from Sears and A& E service.

I have call A& E service about this and they know who I am and will not return call or try to fix this.
Really a shame, I am a Contractor who has spent thousands with sears over the years and trusted the brands they carry.
GUESS NOT SO MUCH ANYMORE!!!
