Fed Ex usually delivers to my neighborhood in mid afternoon. The feedback on the day the package was suppose to be delivered was that the office was closed or customer not available: HA! The time given was 6:04 PM and I was home and if they had even driven in the driveway the dogs would have barked. The driver did not come and not notice was left - the package did not require a signature so the package could have been left. I had to drive 90 miles round trip to the FedEx center to retrieve my package. At the distribution center I was left standing around for over 5 minutes while a person sitting at a desk by the entry door completely ignored me. I was less than positively impressed by the person who finally came and retrieved my package after being oblivious about where it was... FedEx has also delivered to a neighbors house before, and I was home and the correct address was clearly marked on the package - Used to like FedEx but UPS and even the USPS looks better and better...
