I have been forced to use FedEx services twice in the last several months for very important packages that required an indirect signature. Not only was I home during every delivery attempt, but the driver did not attempt to knock on the door or call my phone, nor did he or she leave the package, although the FedEx door tag with my signature was clearly on the door after the first attempt.
When I went to the FedEx office twice during the times specified that my package would be there, I was told that the driver was still out. I have yet to receive my package, and it has been four days since the first delivery attempt. On top of this, their customer service is rude and unhelpful, and I will never use FedEx again if I can avoid it.
