Wife ordered some wine. They made one attempt and left a tag. All was fine till I called FedEx to have it rerouted. First address was to my parents house. I had them reroute it to my neighbors house across the street. The next morning around 8 I get a call from the driver asking me where the package should be delivered. I told him I had it rerouted to my neighbors address. He was at my parents house making a second attempt and noticed a second label on the package. Next day I get a call from another driver asking me the same thing. Day 4 I yet get another call from a driver asking to verify the address it needs to be delivered to. Every time I order something online and see that a company uses FedEx for their choice of shipping I want to just punch them. FedEx has never been able to deliver to the correct address on anything. I have great neighbors. Even the ones that live on another street which my packages get mis-delivered. When you try to call FedEx I always get "Oh that would be our express company or ground, or home delivery. What the hell. One name one company and I really do not care which one it is just get my package to me. UPS is the only way to go. One Brand one company. I will never purchase anything that a company uses FedEx.
