Worst customer service ever!

I called to get a quote. I gave them all the information they asked for. Joseph P called me back to give me the price. I asked if he could sharpen their pencil. Joe said I was not asking for anything unreasonable. He promised he would call me back the next morning. I asked if we can reserve the bus now. He said he was doing that now. I asked if I should reserve with a credit card he said we will get all the details worked out the next business day. I said ok. The next day I did not hear from Joe. Now I know why. I found out later in the day there was no bus for the day I wanted. Joe would only email me this instead of calling to discuss. He had many excuses on why this happened. The bottom line was he messed up and did not want to admit it. He felt it would be better to argue and find ways out of his commitment. My only advice is to be very cautious when dealing with this company. I tried to deal with Joe T the manager. He did absolutely nothing to solve what his employee did. I came to the conclusion management does not care how the employees talk to their customers. I guess that is because they trained them. The bottom line is they are rude and mislead the customer. They can rest assured I will let everybody I deal with just how awful this company is. The only advice I can share is stay far away from this business. I actually found a better company called US Coachways that does the same as this company but for less. The best part was they know customer service and are willing to work with you in a professional manner.
