Numerous times now, including my current shipment have all had problems, lets look at my last two experiences, the driver marked my address as "unable to find" when he has a gps and has delivered to me before; what an idiot! It was suppose to be delivered on a saturday and After numerous phone calls and emails I finally got the package the following friday! Now I'm stuck with a similar issue, they marked my package as delivered on saturday while i was home, saying it was left at the door during the time i was sitting on my front porch waiting for it! Now their so called "resolution department" won't even be contacting me until tuesday at the earliest! I will be driving down to the fedex office my item shipped from to confront them in person as to the whereabouts of my package. I have a feeling that the driver may have stole it, I will never purchase anything from someone who ships via FedEx ever again!
