Booked a cruise on May 7, on may 11th there was a price drop, contacted Orbitz and they confirmed it, then 2 moths later they claim it was denied and said they have no reason. Then I booked an excursion using the 70.00 credit and that was declined because the "dolphin experience" was unavailable for my 6yr old daughter with no reason why. So Orbitz ended up bagging me for over 160.00 extra then if I booked direct with carnival. Orbitz is not a good or nice company and they don't care once you pay. They told me I lose 50% of my payment if I want to cancel even though they did not honor their end. I'll let the lawyers duke it out but orbitz sucks and you should avoid them at all costs!!!
