Orbitz too my reservation, contacted the airline, requested authorization for payment from American Express and then never booked the tickets. They never notified us. We are suppose to travel tomorrow. To re-book will cost us 3 times as much.
I will NEVER use Orbitz and strongly advise customer to use another travel website.
