I submitted payment for 2 bottles through this website. Received a confirming email the next day that payment was received. No other communication for 4 days. I contacted them via 'live' support and indicated that I've read too much negative comments on their product, was upset because they took my money but there was no communication on when it would be sent to me and instead, I wanted a refund since the product had not yet been mailed to me. 15 minutes later during the 'chat', the rep said they would refund and would send me an email with the info. 2 days later I received an email from them indicating that the product WAS shipped and I was to wait till I received it and then I should send it back to the 'returns' dept, not where it was shipped from. BUT THEY DID NOT GIVE ME THE RETURNS ADDRESS!!! Of course, when I received the product, a return address was not included. I've tried contacting them since then and they do not reply. I will get in touch with my cc company to start refund.
