I placed an order and cancelled it 2 minutes later. The money was taken out of my account straight away. I have sent 15 emails to cancel the product and received no reply. This morning I received an email from a women in the US, she said she cant cancel the order because she is in the US and the product is shipped out from the UK: That is not my problem. When you have a company like that there must be some kind of communication between the two. I want a full refund please.
