To all who are thinking about purchasing products from this company... Don't! Below is the chain of emails i sent, with no results except the fact that toyglobe has my money but i have no product.
MY 4/30/10 EMAIL IS BELOW - It has been 79 days since I received the confirmation information from ToyGlobe. As it stands, I have not received my product from you even though you took my $174.69 from my account. Recently, I received notification from my bank stating that funds were stolen from my account and I am hoping that it wasn’t as a result of conducting business with this company, but due to your lack of communication with me and since I have not received my product, I would like my money refunded to me. Thank you.
MY 4/8/10 EMAIL IS BELOW - It has been 11 days since my last email to you, but you have not returned the email. It has been 17 days since your last email. See below; where is the communication from your company. I don’t want to believe all of the information I read on the internet regarding complaints about your company, but it seems as if many of your ex-customers have had the exact same concern as I am currently having. Send an email please letting me know what is going on; either with $174.69 or my order. Thank you.
MY 3/28/10 EMAIL IS BELOW — I’m sure that you know by now that YOU HAVE NOT SHIPPED MY ORDER; even though you have commented in your last email that you thought you were “sure” it has shipped. I am not sure how or why you came to the conclusion about any shipment because there has been no email sent with tracking info (see your 3/21/10 email). Another reason that I’m sure that you know by now that you have not shipped my order is that I DON’T HAVE MY ORDER, BUT YOU HAVE MY $174.69. See below for all of our email communication. &MY 3/19/10 EMAIL IS BELOW& Its been 10 days since my last communication to you (3/9/10) -Its been 19 days since your last response to me (see above 2/28/10 email from you) -Its been 33 days since you took $174.69 out of my account (2/16/10) -Its been 37 days since I received confirmation from you about my order John: Where are we? Some communication would be great. I'm thinking that I should have received my product by now. At least I should have received another email from you by now. Dennis

&MY 2/22/10 EMAIL IS BELOW - I received my confirmation on 2/11; thanks. $174.69 was deducted from my funds on 2/16.10 business days from the day you deducted my funds will be 3/2/10. I only ask that i receive some kind of 5-day (mid shipping time) confirmation just to keep the communication flowing especially for a "pricie” order. Just a customer service idea to keep me secure. Too long between hearing from you is not comfortable, but looking forward to getting my product. Take care!
