I recently placed a purchase online with sellastyle.com, they updated my status via their website, but i wasn't sure what they meant with complete. Was it shipped, was it processed, wh o knows? So i simply emailed them 3 days later when my status never changed from complete, to confirm it was shipped. I never received a reply to my email. A week later, still no item or reply to my email or product. So i sent a second one. 3 days later no reply or product again so i sent a third one stating if i don't receive a product or reply in 48 ill be disputing my payment. Sure enough... Nothing. No product, no reply, nothing.
So i disputed my payment, sent him an email explaining that i disputed it and why. I never received any feed back. Only difference this time was my status via their website was now refunded. But like everything else. No refund arrived. I sent them once again another email in regards to the status and no reply, nor has anybody investigating received a reply.
Now i have to wait a month for my dispute to go through collections to receive my refund from this horrible situation.
I warn you all. Do not use this company. They will take your money with no intent to send a product! Beware!!!
