I wish I had checked for ripoffs here before ordering from Tmart.com. I ordered 2 MP3 players Dec. 10 Received email that payment was received and items would be shipped in 1-2 days. Dec. 11 received email that items were out of stock and I could get refund or wait for restock. I contacted them Dec, 11 via internet chat as their website said this was the best method, no phone number was given. The lady on the chat line was very nice and said they would issue a refund within 24 hours. I was ok with that. Dec. 12, I received an email stating that the MP3 players were shipped. A USPS tracking number was given. Checking the USPS website indicates they have the number but do not have the items. No sign of a refund todate. I do not need or want these items after Christmas. I was lied to about the refund and about items being shipped.
