Centurylink/Prism is undoubtedly the toughest support I've ever endured. For months and weeks, I've had Television and web issues. I've needed to invest countless hours about the telephone while their Prism Television "specialists" try to look for the issue from their workplace, often in LA, when Iam in Floirda. After I obtain the "tier 1" technicians, its unavoidable that they can move me onto the "collection" 2 technicians, this, after being on-hold for still another interminable period of time. The majority of my regular mobile phone moments would go to attempting to resolve the issues of the awful Centurylink support I've. Additionally, the statement has joined into the formula, producing for me personally, still another issue to cope with. For that statement issues, I've to contact Centurylink itself, when doing this, I obtain a distinct tale from every single customer support representative that I'm in touch with. I recently was delivered to the "Preservation" division, to assist solve my statement, and also to preserve me like a client, I guess. It's with this particular guy, in LaCrosse, WS that my statement quantity was decided, breaks requested all the poor support and period along, etc. Well, lo and see, the following month statement arrives, and BAM! Its 30 bucks significantly more than exactly what the preservation individual and that I resolved on!!! Back again to the telephones! I still haven't obtained any fulfillment, and that I currently obtain the reasons of "nicely that support went up, the container rental went up, the web went up", and on and on and on! This is actually the many frustrating support I Have ever endured in my own lifetime! And never one individual continues to be ready to discover the issue of my serivce, it proceeds til this very day, and that I've had specialists out to my home period and time again, to no avail. The newest visit of the specialist was nowadays, as my boyis television wouldn't "boot", even though it was precisely connected, etc., and we'd completely reviewed the choices of repairing it the night time before but another 1-hour telephone discussion to obtain our Television support operating, as quarry was along too. Therefore, the technology involves my house nowadays, I actually donot actually understand he is in the home, as my son allow him in, evidently he visited my boyis space to check out his Television, and what do you consider happened next? This specialist simply barges in my own space, no bump, no, "hello, have you been good", no NOTHING! I had been at my pc focusing on anything, in my own nightgown, and that I WAS SHOCKED this guy had simply coldly joined my space! He went directly for my device and began a restart, which, also kicked me from my pc, on which I had been in the centre of anything! Oh, also it was exactly the same technology that usually has arrived at my home, and it has yet to locate something wrong with my program. All he's completed is substitute gear within the expectations that that will "doit". I'm embarrassed at-best, I owe a stability that I'm declining to pay for till they repair the present statement, and that Iam also not likely to spend a cent till they repair this damaged program! Iam fed up with the technicians in LA which have accomplished nothing, Iam fed up with the technicians in FL which have accomplished nothing, and Iam fed up with the client support representatives who're excessively rude and may care less if you should be disappointed about your wrong statement, and also have no purpose of solving it, all-they provide are reasons why I must spend it. Adios you horrible centurylink/prism support, you receive an 'y'.
