Millennium link web & prism television hurts! We'd it mounted in May to be able to reduce our expenses some. Exactly what a mistake. I'd like my comcast back. Because morning 1 support works 40% of times. Not just one single-day passes with no difficulty with internet/television. I work at home & depend on my web however it is out each day to get a part, the remainder of times its also slow to actually open a full page. I-test pace everyday and seldom do I actually overcome 1mb (regardless of the acronym is) when im designed to get 10. I'm losing money every single day since I have got this company. How do I perform, when my web doesnt? Then your prism Television - the worst. Every single day It shows freeze-up once they don't, they'll freeze-up for 5 seconds, function 5 seconds, freeze-up 5 sec and so forth. The primary DVR doesnt have as numerous issues as teh normal containers within our rooms. Our kids need to place a DVD in everyday since Television don't work. Yesteryear week continues to be significantly more than annoying - for 1 weeek we've had no Television in teh room aside from 7:30am to about 2pm but we cant view tracks whatsoever. Then yesterday the effed up support, we'd no television whenever we did have it back every one of our tracks was erased. Which appears to be fairly common. Half our tracks may simply go missing. Exactly what the heck are we spending all of this cash for, for something that doesn't work-even near to 100%. With comcast once we dropped support they'd instantly credit our consideration having a partial reimbursement. Millennium link don't even recognize the issue, they provide every justification within the guide to create it-not their mistake. Ive read all of the grievances why are they not doing something about this. Why might they would like to have such bad support. I never needed to cope with something such as this with my comcast. No surprise millennium link enables you to sign a-1 year agreement - they realize they pull. I simply need one day where i dont need to be so discouraged with my Television or web. The strain this causes me is absurd OH and along with everything they didnt deliver us a statement for a few months, today we owe 530.00 entirely. They stated they delivered to email which we examined - not really in junk. Often we called-up about where our statement was however they requested for telephone number & acct # which we'd neither so that they wouldnt support. Hello. They cant lookup our title & tackle? Morons~
