No air conditioning or hot water on the fourth floor of Ellis residence hall

My granddaughter is a junior student at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Missouri. She lives on the fourth floor of Ellis residence hall and has constantly been short of hot water in her room to bathe. She also has a lack of air conditioning on her floor. After one year at UCM she is transferring to the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. This is a pretty sorry state of affairs. I hold three degrees from UCM, my wife holds two and I sent both of my daughters to UCM where they graduated. Her other grandfather and grandmother also graduated from UCM as well as their son and daughter. I also served for a time on the Alumni board of UCM.
Due to my granddaughter's experience at UCM I won't be recommending UCM to friends who have children of college age. I am very disappointed with UCM.
