I've never in my own existence had such bad customer support just like Centurylink. Should you choose to conduct business together, HAVE IT WRITTEN DOWN, their company mentality is terrible.

In June I'd a Centurylink consultant phone to market me on the new Prism Television. The repetition mentioned that I really could attempt their Television FREE OF CHARGE for thirty days and obtain a $100 Credit gift-card only for attempting it. I told him that I currently had Dish Network and was under agreement for atleast annually. The repetition again mentioned that I've nothing to get rid of by attempting so that as long when I ended inside the thirty days, I'd not be charged of course if I decided I loved it-they might be ready to perform anything out to pay for my cancelation charge to Meal. He mentioned they might come and simply deploy the Prism on a single Television so we are able to evaluate. The client support representative ended my support and he mentioned that it'd be stopped by September 6th and that I had thirty days to come back the supply (they'd deliver anyone to place it in my own house-but not anyone to choose it-up). Therefore it got ended and that I told him I'd not spend it and he explained it's good, however it might as much as 60-days to exhibit a credit on my statement. Then on around September 15th I obtained my next statement. And not just did they not return me all my cash however they charged me more for many strange marketing. Thus again I named. And another customer support representative mentioned they obtained the gear following the payment period so that they didn't return the remainder of the cash plus some kind of computer glitch caused the overcharging of these additional things…… And along with they had the nerve to cost me a $5.00 delayed fee for not spending the Prism despite the fact that he mentioned which was good to complete. So anyhow, she set it and eliminated the misc costs and delayed fee. I questioned again concerning the $100 gift-card and he or she said I ought to obtain it from the end of July.

So here we're on July 31st. I contact Centurylink again to discover where the $100 gift-card was because it wasn't the finish of September and that I haven't noticed it. The client support representative mentioned that I'd not be getting this gift-card since I ended within 8weeks…. I allow him realize that wasn't exactly what the sales person offered me on also it was clear when I ended inside the 30days that I'd obtain this Credit gift-card and that I had requested various other repetitions as much as this stage that understood I'd ended WITH NO ONE stated something about that. I DON'T SUGGEST conducting business Centurylink, their customer support is TERRIBLE, as well as their company methods are extremely questionable.
