Definition of poor customer service

I never had any issues with Embarq but Centurylink is just a unique account. Our issues began once they “lost” a cost in October. Both my lender and that I supplied evidence many times.in this I had been educated by 2 supervisors along with a fund repetition that I'd be approached concerning the quality of the problem – NEVER OCCURRED. I had been also informed by many customer support representatives/mangers that Centurylink won't contact a person. Quite amusing thinking about the 2-3 calls monthly attempting to sell me more providers however they don’t possess the time for you to contact a person with actual problems. Lastly, I did so obtain credit but I needed a reason of the setbacks and bad customer support. I called and spoken to some customer support supervisor and advised him somebody had a need to contact me within 48-hours or I'd stop my support – SHOCK NOBODY NAMED. I subsequently shifted my support to a different supplier. About 3-week later obtained my final statement. I just obtained a partial credit for that period ended.in the prices stated, I've overpaid $500 in the past 24 months of Centurylink support. I questioned the bill verbally, through e-mail and fax – the only real reaction was to show the consideration over for selection at-one month in the unique closing statement. I subsequently delivered a notice towards the collection company arguing the statement. I also delivered a notice towards the boss, Glen Y. Article III, of Centurylink telling him of the excessively bad customer support and low-responsiveness of the organization. Both characters were obtained more than 35 days before. AGAIN NO RESPONSE.

Our advice to anybody considering Centurylink is steer clear if you don't appreciate bad customer support. They lay, don't follow-through with guarantees, can't or WOn't tackle legitimate problems, have reps who don't have understanding or expert to determine something (contact this additional quantity and perhaps you are able to achieve somebody who can’t assist you to additionally), and lastly may change you to debt collectors without actually recognizing a clients challenge. I've not a problem with spending what I owe and also have nearly invested just as much cash using the licensed characters and much more by losing more than 10 hours of my entire life on the basic problem that may have now been resolved early without any problems.
