We recently shifted and were searching for Television/web providers. There is a billboard about the interstate right outside our city that adverstised a pack cost of $74.95 monthly. After I named Centurylink to discover that which was involved with that strategy, the client support consultant mentioned that it had been a Television packed through MEAL community, web, and endless regional and long-distance house telephone, of course if I'd like they might throw-in an HBO bundle about the Television for a few months. This all seemed ok in my experience, and so I went forward and verbally decided to this strategy. Therefore, MEAL community arrived and put up it within the period promised, nevertheless the web and house telephone was linked two nights later than promised. Once it had been put up we'd several issues with the web however the actual issues started once the first statement came. The statement was for approximately $150, not the $75 which was cited. After I named to challenge it, they mentioned that of the additional costs were simply my installment costs and they had billed me for that free HBO. I had been directed to withhold $21.28 from my statement, therefore reluctantly, I submitted the cost of around $125. Once the second bill came I had been surprised again to obtain all over again another statement for $150. I called again plus they mentioned that my bundle charges around $90 with no you might have actually cited me this type of cost within the first-place, that what I had been activated to. I had been billed a late charge for that $21 in the month before but this time around had all a few months credit for that HBO. I had been extremely friendly towards the client solutions representatives-but was getting nowhere. They advised me I had been currently recieving the cheapest cost ant there is nothing they might do for me personally. Our main problem is the fact that Centurylink misinformed me from the beginning and due to their steps, I'm in a poor scenario with DISH community. Centurylink was rude and explained to stop my pack and they had the expert to deal with my MEAL issues, that they didn't! I'd previously began a brand new support contract with another organization and today owe MEAL community $425 for early cancelation. I'm so discouraged with Centurylink as well as after 6 hours about the telephone together/MEAL, and several administrators later, they cannot solve my issue.

I can't think how unprofessional their customer support is and they wont support among their latest clients... I will just imagine how they handle their previous versions.
