I hope your day is going well. I have been a customer with Boost for around five and a half years, and for the last couple of years, they have been double charging me. I actually paid $130 for one month at one point last year. I have contacted customer service, as hard as it is to do because they make it almost impossible, and was told that somebody would get back to me. That was over a year ago. I have written emails to the CEO to no avail. I attached a few screenshots for you of the last 6 months' worth of charges, and you can see where all of them, except for one, were double billed. I am a single woman and live alone; I cannot afford this. This is ridiculous. Anything you can do to help me would be wonderful. I have old screenshots of charges before this; I just have to find them on my phone.
Also, when I first got on the Boost app, it told me my phone was deactivated. It is the 17th, and my phone bill is not due until the 21st, yet they have it as the 19th. I have no idea why. I have plenty of data left, which is a miracle considering they usually put me well over my data, and I have home Wi-Fi, so I should never be over.
This company owes me a lot of money. It makes my anxiety go through the roof to even think about how much they owe me.
