I ordered the product on January 25th, a few days later I received an e-mail saying that the product has been shipped. I only received the products on the 17th of February. On the February 20 I receive the credit card statement that indicates that it was charged for 180$ Canadian on the 12th of February, before I receive the product. I called the company and was told that if I ship the product back and they receive it by 24th of February I will get the reimbursement minus 15% for something, if not, since there is only 3 days left they can refund me 50% only, which is 80$.
