I ordered a trial product on February 16th which was a Saturday and it didn't ship out until Monday February 18th. I received the product on February 25th so therefore only had the product in my hands for less then one week. I am not happy with this product at all. I called the company to cancel and explain the situation and they told me they already debited my checking account $99.00 and because I didn't call in a timely matter which is 14 day the will not refund my money. I didn't have this product in my hands long enough to even try the product. I feel this is a bad business deal and this company is very hard to deal with. I am asking again that my account be credit back the entire amount of $99.00.in the future I feel your company should give a 30 day trial period to give the customer time to receive it and decide for themselves whether they wish to spend the money on this product. I am very unhappy and will not purchase the product in the future mainly due to poor business practices.
