On December 13 I placed an order for Cellan and Coleanse products. After reading complaints I decided to cancel the product within the 16-day trial as noted on their terms and conditions.
On December 22 I sent an E-mail to both Cellan and Coleanse support group (which I kept) advising them that I wanted to cancel any further products. I was willing to pay for the trial bottle but did not want to be billed for further bottles. I mentioned that I as within my sixteen-day trial period to cancel your product according to their terms and conditions
On December 23 both Cellan and Coleanse confirmed to me by e-mail that they had cancelled my account.
To my surprise, On January 31 and February 29 Coleanse billed me for two bottles on their Coleanse products in the amount of $71.02 and $71.58 respectively for a total of $142.60.
When I called them they said that that had received my cancellation notice for Cellan but had no records of receiving the cancellation notice for Coleanse. Eventhough I told them that I kept the e-mails I sent them to cancel the account and the confirmation I received from them advising that my account was cancelled with coleanse, they ignored me and said that they could not reimburse the $142.60. The only thing they could do was to cancel further ongoing and future charges to my visa.
