I also sent for a free trial of Coleanse and Cellean. I also didn't receive it within the 30 day trial and was charged 130.58 for both products in January.
I called the company straight away and cancelled any further products. I repeated twice to the customer service girl, "so you can assure me this has been cancelled" She replied yes and that no further money would be taken from my credit card and I wouldn't receive any more products.
On March 28 I received in the mail another bottle of the Coleanse and an invoice stating that on March 3 an amount of $106.30 was taken off my credit card.
I again called the the company the next day and stated that I had cancelled any further products and like most other complaints that I have read, the company had no record of this. I was given a number to write on my return and to my surprise I was told two products had been sent to me totaling another $106.30
I have just received the second bottle today which is Cellean. I explained I WANTED MY MONEY BACK, and was told that my credit card would be refunded 50% now then the remaining 50% when they received the returned product.
