I originally ordered these patches back on February 2. The following is the last email that I sent to [email protected]:
"Well, it's March 20th now... And still no patches. I've cancelled all other orders. I received a notice on the 12th of March stating that my patches were not going to ship for another 3 days. If that is in business days, then that means on the 17th they would have shipped. This email that you sent me below states that I would receive them in 10 business days.By my calculations, I should have received them on the 17th of March.
So, if anyone really wants these patches they seem to have to wait around 2 or more months to get them. You told me in the email below that you first processed my order on February 7th. Here is a quote from one of you: "There has not been a delay on the order remember that your request standard delivery time for the Original Diet Patch is 7 - 10 business days. Your order was processed on February 7 and the shipping was scheduled on February 11".
I'd say you need to get a new shipping company. Also, I will be notifying the BBB OnLine to let them know what I have gone through with you people. Please refund my $46.90 that you took out of my account on February 10th, from the order placed February 7th, which I have never received.
If you do not refund my money, my lawyer will be contacting you."
As you can see, this is totally unacceptable for a company to bill you and then never deliver the product.
