I ordered this product thinking I would try it for the shipping fee only. However, to my horror when I received my MasterCard statement I had been charged full price for the products. I phoned and was told that in the conditions it stated that 20 days after receipt of the product if I didn't call the company and cancel my order I would be charged. My fault I suppose because I didn't read the "small print" (does anyone?). Since I had only received the Coleanse and Cellan about 15 days ago I was told that I would be reimbursed and would have to call back on February 20th to say if I wanted to keep on receiving monthly the products. To date I have only been reimbursed for the Cellan. When I spoke to another customer service rep. I was told that there seemed to be some problem reimbursing through MasterCard and that a supervisor was handling the transaction. I am sending the products back and cancelling my orders. I am sending an email to state that my credit card should not be charged any further and my credit card company have also been advised.
