My service had expired just a few weeks ago I tryed to reactivate online at MagicJacks website and could not because the reactivate window itself had no way to scroll to next tab I finly got into the chat room with a 10% person that should have known what to do to resolve the problem but the person did not resolve the problem the person told me to disable something that I did not have I wrote back saying that I do not have that and that person never came back I waited for almost 20 minuts, it should be against the law to not be able to talk to a CS on the phone
