Poor customer support no way t oreach a manager - MAJICJACK

I have spent over 3 hours today trying to resolve an issues with my magic jack. I have three units two work great. Needed to reactivate one unit and get resove some issues. Tried four different support reps each had a canned reply could not get anyone to help resolve my problem just canned responses. Asked to talk to a live person, they give me a number561-594-2140 that required to get another number 561-594-9787 then when called was put on hold over an hour with a canned repeated communications never got to a live person. They are no longer competitive with there new pricing plan of $29.95 year and $99.95 for 5 years. They use to be $19.95 year and $69.95 for five years over a 33% increase in Jan.
No customer service, No live help, No way to reach a manager, and a 33% increase in price. Will not use the devices anymore.
