This is the worst product on the market. My Magic Jack unit would not call 4 different local prefixes. I was on Live Chat 4 different times trying to resolve this issue. I spent 4 to 5 hours on Live Chat total which I thought was ridiculous! All they told me was that it was a problem on there end but could not tell me when this issue would be resolved. I ended up taking my Magic Jack back to the store I purchased it from and got a full refund. I will not buy this product again!!!
