I was very dissatisfied with my new 2014 Magic Jack and decided to send it back within my 30 free trial because I wasn't going to pay for something that wasn't any better than the Magic Jack I had. I originally had a 5 yr subscription on my Magic Jack plus that was transferred to the 2014 Magic Jack when I activated it. When I went to reactivate my old Magic Jack Plus and asked to have the 5 yr subscription that was orginally on it transfered back to it and have the trial deactivated, I was told this could not be done. I would lose the remainding 4 years on the subscription and had to buy a new one to reactivate the old Magic Jack. What a rip off.
