* Magic jack charge over $0.15/minute for US conference call * I have been charged more than $6 for calling a free conference call via magic jack without any warning. When I looked for the customer service, they only have chart room, no any phone service at all. Each person only stayed in chart room for maxium 5 minutes and threw you "I believe that I have already provided you all the information needed; I will have to end this conversation now, if you will have any other concerns in the future, please do not hesitate to chat us back. We are always here to assist you. Thank you.". There is no mamager on site to solve your problem, and you will be in chart room forever, have to explain to each one of them the same problem over and over, no answer, even no place to escalate your complaint.
