You know those 4 hours you have to wait around for someone to show up at your house to fix something... And they never show up. Well that happened TWO TIMES with this company. Their installer set up my Direct TV.in doing so, he disconnected my internet service through another provider. I spoke to April to explain what he did. We set up an appointment for a Friday (I took time off from work). Guess what! No Show! So Monday, I call to complain. We set up another appointment for Wednesday evening. About 2 hours into the wait, I called Rick, he said the installer is running late and he will call me. NO phone call and no installer. Meanwhile, I sat my house for 8 hours waiting for this clown to show up. I am very busy and I run a business out of my home. I need my PC.
