As a new customer my service was scheduled for 11/06 between 12Noon and 4PM, No Show, No Call from the installer or Direct TV. I called Customer Service and was told that the installer changed the date because it was more convenient for him, however, he neglected to contact me with this new information. So I take off work and wait at home all afternoon. I requested that my service be canceled and I will take my business elsewhere.
