I had stored luggage/belongings in storage room at this hotel b/c I checked out on the 4th, but had to wait for daughter until that eve. Before leaving the city. After loading my belongings back into my jeep & before leaving Mahattan I noticed tht one of my bags was missing tht had several items in it, including electronics. I called the hotel & spoke to Petro Nikitin, the front desk mgr. & he sent an email requesting the items that were in the bag that had came up missing. The charges for the room were removed & then after replying to the email the charges were then charged again to my card later without any explanation or notice. I called the hotel to speak to a mgr. But was told by an individual named Amy that no one wanted those items & that Petro wasn't available. I cannot believe how unprofessional they have been in handeling this situation & now denying what occurred on their property.
