I had a scheduled appointment for the maintenance of my Craftsman 26" snow thrower model 247.88970. Friday 11/4 between the hrs of 1PM and 5pm.
No one showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I called Customer solution and Crystal agent # 250846 stated, she doesn't know why the technician did not show up. However she could reschedule me, the earliest would be on Wednesday, 11/16 between 1PM and 5PM. I asked, after waiting for the technician for 4 hours, you mean to tell me I have to wait 12 days for my next appointment. She states this is the earliest appointment. I'm not happy that must wait this long for a service call. My name is
