I signed up for Direct TV and had Dish Network disconnected. Had an afternoon appointment for installation. I waited and waited, made several phone calls to Direct TV for time installer would arrive. Was told he would arrive, even at 8pm to install so just be patient.
I sat by the phone for 9 hours, waiting, waiting... As a senior citizen, TV is important part of my life since I am retired.
Then when I made my last phone call at 9:30pm, was told that I would have to reschedule for 6 days later, which leaves me with no TV service at all. For almost a week.!!! The installer was not going to be able to keep the appointment today as planned. This day has been Hell...
