Since July I received a call from a representive Her first
name was Janet. She was explaining to me how I could receive a
credit card limit 5, ooo credit limit visa or mastercard. Whether you had bad or good credit. She asked me some questions about income and questions pertaining to my job. She told me I would receive a package in the mail after 20 days. I had spoke to another person to confirm what she had said. He gave me a confirmation #. Everything was being taped under federal governmnet rules and regulations.
Package was sent which consist of coupon savings, credit card consumer guide, road side assistance, travel voucher, application form I also received letters pertaining as to what was enclosed etc. I waited 3 months. No response as to when I would be getting my credit. I called 3 mths later they told me I needed to send the application form which was included in the package. I did. No response. I called again to find out if they had received it. The response was they had not received the form. Later I called again Sept. 2003 another mth expired.
They seem suspicious so I looked them up on the internet.
I spoke with a Mr. Steven who was suppose to be a manager I explained to him how long I had this confirmation. I have a confirmation #. They told me they would refund my money back I had to mail back the information package which I received. They would refund my money back into my bank account $187.00. They did not call to let me know if they had received it so I called them and he told me he had received the package back.
I think this was utterly ridiculous. I had been waiting on a credit card since July. No Response. No Credit Card. No Nothing. I did make copies of the brochures and letters which was in the package.
Mr. Steven told me that my account had expired. Past 30 days. I could not receive my money. So he suggested another alternative he would mail me another form. He pulled up my information in the computer and suggested He also needed my mothers Madien Name and information about my Income. "BullShit" He would be mailing another application for credit card. I received a letter stating Orchid Bank of New York would be issuing me the credit card in the next week.
I have not received anything. I would like to no how I could get my money from these lying vultures. I E-Mailed them and told them they were frudulant on September 24.
I had a feeling that something was not right about this. I have never experience this in my life. Someone really needs to investigate this.
