To whom it may concern:

I received a phone call at my home in the early part of October the women state the unsecured credit card I applied for (Master Card) had been approved, she also told me the credit limit was up to $ 1,000.00, and all I had to pay was a ONE TIME FEE of $ 175.00 we set up the date of October 20 for the funds to be withdrawn from my bank account at Commerce Bank, the card was to follow in two to three weeks.

I received my bank statement the charge was $ 197.00 (Copy Enclosed) then I called a few weeks later I was then told I would receive a package in the mail AGAIN I ASKED I said I thought this was already approved? Oh yes yes, I was told, just fax the application back and the card will be on it's way. That was November 14. I can't even remember how more times I called between then and December 29 (but it was at least once a week always being told it was processed and the cards were in the mail. I spoke to Al agent 4019 on December 29 and AGAIN I was told I should have the cards by January 03.

When I called on January 05 I spoke to Stephen he stated he was a Manager at your company and the cards were NOT mailed I was approved for a Secured credit card I told him I didn't want to pay 197.00 for a secured card that would be a little stupid don't you think? I told him I wanted a refund and he said that would NOT be possible.
And he was nasty..

I have tried to be patient and understanding with your company even with calling once weekly to a 416 area code which I was told tonight is Canada. I want a refund of $ 197.00 immediately. I will Call the better Business Bureau, I will call Seven on your side and I will even call John Stosil Give me a break on 20/20, to reveal your company and everthing I have been through for THREE months. I will not let this go until I get my money back... Is this how your company stays in Business taking innocent people's money, that isn't a very good policy.

I will wait for FIVE business days before I go ahead with my plans, which I ASSURE you I will. If you would like to respond.
