I received a phone call one day from this company telling me that I had been approved for a visa or mastercard of my choice for the amount of 5000 dollars. The card of my choice was said to be later sent after receiving a processing fee of 249.99.
The fee was later withdrawn from my checking account later on that month. After telling me I would receive a mastercard 14 days after receiving the payment, I received a package in the mail almost a month and a half later after having to repeatedly call and question this company about receiving the card.
What I received in the mail was totally different from what was explained in the initial phone conversation. There was a package that included some coupons, a catalog, a paper card with an account number on it, and a couple of information sheets.
When I called back and asked what was the deal with the package I received and why their was no credit card in it, I was told that that was what was explained in the phone call (which it wasnt) and that I needed to fill out an additional information form to receive the card that I asked for. I sent the form off and received no reply after 3 weeks.
I called and was told they never received the information form, which I knew was a lie because I had a tracking number on the package that it was sent in.
After explaining that to them they told me to check back once they contacted their manager about it, needless to say I could never contact them again, mysteriously everytime I called back again the line would pick up and hang up.
So anyone out there who has been contacted by this dirty company beware, it is hard to beleive that there are people out there who have no morals in taking money from hardworking citizens.
