This company charges unreasonably high late charges each month when they claim you are late. Even though I paid my bill eight days in advance, they still claimed I was late and tried charging me $10 on a $15 bill.
When I tried talking to their customer service rep, they kept talking over me, and interupting me so I could not get a word in edgewise. I had to talk loudly over him to be heard, and I made sure he heard me.
Their reasons are not fair. They claim that they process the bill the day they receive it, but I believe that they need to check on the person responsible for entering the payments. Perhaps, they are behind and stashing bills in their desk.
I will not pay this late fee or any others they try to bill me.
