I received a phone call from Superior Benefits in November from a representive by the name of Paul.in that conversation I was told for $299 (a one time fee) I would receive a credit card with a $2000 limit. He even stated to me that I could have the card in time enough to take a cash advance off the card to pay for the fee. However once the money was taken out of my account I did not receive the card.
I called the company back and they told me it would take 15 to 20 business days to recieve the card once the money was withdrawn. After this period of time I called back because I still had not received the card. They explained that because of the holidays that the packages were delayed. However on January 15th I received a package to find out that a credit card was not included but a credit repair package which I was not told about in the inital conversation. I was even told that I would have to sign for the package because of the credit card that they didn't want anyone else to take the package. I was not home when the package was delivered and it was left at my front door.
Since I have been told that the credit card would be delivered to me 5 to 10 days after I received the package. But when I was inquiring about it they could not tell me when the package was going to be delivered which at that time I was thinking the card was going to be delivered. Then I was told that I would receive a signature card from the bank to sign and send back. However they can not tell me which bank the card would be coming from. I called again because I still have not received a signature card and was told that it could easily be mistaken for junk mail because it could be on a flyer or something they really didn't know what it would look like.
This has gone on far to long and I have lost out on $299.
