We spent over 5K in about a months time in one of their stores. One of the many things we got was a Dryer. This Dryer we got (less then a yr. Old) stopped working on us. We have been giving the run around with a repair company that Best Buy keeps sending out and its now going on a month with still nothing resolved! We got in touch with a MGR from the service department and the best they can do is send out a different company to see what they say! HELLO We told Best Buy about this issue over a month ago and its still sitting in our home un-usable!!! The best they can do is still make us have to wait!?!? I have a baby due anyday, a husband in the USMC, a 15 month old and a 7 yr old in sports I HAVE LAUNDRY OUT THE WAZOOO!!!
