My husband and I purchased a washer, dryer, and a Kenmore Elite Fridge on 7/24. Deliver was the same Sunday of that same week. I used the dryer to dry clothes, returned to remove clothes and noticed they were still wet. We spent 3,194.38 on these appliances. The drum is not turning in the dryer. I have called numerous time to get a tech come to our home to repair the dryer and has not come yet! I would like my dryer fixed or they can give me a full refund. Can you please help reolve this?
