I had a personal issue that i needed to take care of with a employee so was calling to speak to the employee everytime there busy they dont know what was the matter of the issue but was very rude when i proceeded to leave my number they hung up on me i called back now another person answered the phone rude also i stated you didnot get my telephone number to give to whom i were trying to reached for my client they the employee that stated oh we have your number we have caller id reguardless of what they have thats very rude hanging up on the person and the phone conversation was like the language oh wild so i had to come in today to take care the problem when i got there 2employee standing at the window 1 eating taccos food i was like wow the other 1 that i were there to take care of business with was no better but tried to handle the situation without no privacy so because this was a peronal issue to much to take care of out in the opening i left i came back and ask can i have a business card with the school number address phone number but the rude employee stated to me what i witness i cant give that information out i was like are you serious so i had to write the address down and number on my on i called at 545pm to speak to the manager nasty speaking personal she aint here some grammer i stated when will she or he be in now they gone for the day this need to be looked at cause again it was a serious matter needed to be handle and if the owner or whomever professional would have been there the rude person would not be getting this complaint on this childcare inc.
