I purchased a brand new LG washer and dryer in October. The dryer suddenly stopped working 6 weeks ago. We have had the repair guy out 3 times and it's still not fixed. The customer service representatives are EXTREMLY rude and unconcerned. The dryer is 9 months old and it has been broken for 6 WEEKS!!! The washer "walks" during the spin cycle, and I was told it was because I was overloading it. According to LG, the extra large capacity washer is only capable of washing 3 towels at a time?!?! I will never purchase an LG appliance again.
