Sears Home Services stood me up TWICE in a row. I purchased a refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom. The drawer freezes shut, so since it's under warranty, we called Sears Home Services. My husband took off from 1 - 5. I called at 3:00 to make sure they technician was on time (since I had already been stood up by them prior) and was assured by the call center person that they would arrive before 5:00. When the technician didn't arrive at 5:00, I was on hold for 40 minutes. I finally go to the "Escallation Department" only to talk to a manager that told me too bad. I have to call in again today and try to reschedule. They are the WORST customer service on the planet. I will NEVER purchase another product from Sears. My family has always been a Kenmore family, but no longer.
