Took two wheels to have tires replaced, and both tires were in fair shape when dropped off for brand new tires replaced. When I came back to the shop, the mechanic told me that the alloy wheel rim was bent and cracked, but it wasnt bent and cracked before. Could the tire machine have caused this damage? When I questioned him about this, he claimed he only removed the valve stem. After he reinflated the old tire still on the rim, it did not hold air. Not sure how it could have held air before and now it does not. He told me that he was not responsible and suggested I purchase another used wheet for about $100 dollars.
