I bought a computer on feb 15 from Everything Computers at 10895 Alpharetta Highway Roswell, GA 30076 phone number 404.647.4498 I tried to return it and they wouldnt let me return it even though they have a 30 day money back policy and i only had the computer for two weeks. The "assistant mananger mike who is only 14 or 15 that sold me the computer told me if for any reason i am not satisfied with my purcase just brang the computer back within 30 days and they will happily return me my money in full. They sold me the wrong graphics card and they still wont return me my money. When i went to the store they said they charge a restocking fee i was not notified of this restocking fee when i bought the computer nor did i sign any contract stating if you return the computer you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. So i talk to the manager and he said even if i went to best buy or walmart they dont tell you about the restocking fee. He was wrong walmart does not have a restocking fee and best buy do tell you about the restocking fee. He said legally he doesnt have to tell you about the restocking fee when you buy a computer. He gave me the companys return policy letter after the fact and did not inform me if the restocking fee of 15% also on the companys policy return letter it states if you are missing a part or wrong item in the computer you do get your money back in full. If i had known there was a restocking fee of 15% do you actually think i wouldve bought a computer from them or anyone who does not offer a money back gurantee? No i wouldnt have. This company is a bunch of crooks and liars and i just want to return to computer for the priced i bought plus taxes and other b. S fees they tacked on. I am so sick of companys ripping consumers off. They think they can get away with it well they are wrong on all accounts. Even on the recipet it says within 30 days you can return the computer and you will be refunded full amount of purchased price.
