On march 2nd, our electrical services were disconnected for unpaid balance. We have struggled in the past with this company over disputes in our bill, payment arrangements (that were not even offered) and help with info that could help us avoid disconnection. They didnt even give us constitutional due process right to a hearing disputing the amount they charged us for services. I did some investigating on internet and found info that suggest they (lebanon utilities) might not be following state laws or codes. Also we have young chrildren in our home. Does indiana have state laws regarding winter-months disconnections, rights to appeals prior to disconnections and how they (utility companies) charge for services. Thanks to all concerned.
