Will not waive restocking fee
I purchase a nice dell system online. I lost my job. The day before i received the computer via FedEx i called dell. A representative said i can return it without getting charged a restocking fee due to my situation. I called day i received computer to return unopen package. Now Dell refuses to waive the restocking fee, stating i was told wrong information by a dell employee. I purchased it using a Dell Credit card and refuse to pay the fee as i was told i would not have to and it would be waived due to losing my job.
